Memories come like they always do,
teasing you of a past you never wanted to lose.
Trying to find a way through the smoke and haze. Find a new passage from this lonely maze.
Gotta try to keep myself up, keep my head held high. Put one foot forward and reach for the sky.
But its hard to do, when in so much pain. Everything you lose, its so much harder to gain.
Lost without a way, in the dark without a light. Move against the pressure, trying to keep the fight. &
